Terms

A 60 day trial license is available to any customer willing to try, test and certify the platform for enterprise use.
One-time license fee per project, which means all forms created using the license should be related to a single project.
Technical Support includes 12×5 phone support (12 hours a day, 5 days a week) and providing patches and fixes necessary for proper functioning of the platform.
Professional Service starter package is a one-time fee to help new customers get started on the platform. This package is mandatory for first time users but optional afterwards. It includes the following:
1. Assist installing the latest version platform on customer’s infrastructure.
2. Conduct end-to-end development and deployment of one form with up to 25 elements.
3. Train project staff to complete all the steps required to design and publish the forms.
4. Tier 1 considers and includes up to 60 hours, and Tier 2 considers and includes up to 100 hours of assistance; Additional hours, if needed by the customer, are charged at $100 per hour.
Hosting cost is paid by the customer.
