Work smarter, not harder with CelerForm's features.

We'll do the “working harder” part.

Feature 1: Designer - a screenshot of Standard Form 1449 that was imported into Celerform to be edited.

Designer

An intuitive web-based Designer feature that lets users

  • Import an XSD, JSON or PDF form to automatically create the data elements for the form. Supports importing complex XSD like PDS (Procurement Data Standard), SF 86 and other NIEM data models
  • Export the data captured in the form as an XML compliant with the XSD used to design the form
  • Create own data elements and data hierarchy and use them to design the form
  • Drag-and-drop data elements into canvas to build a multi-page form

Feature 2: Validation Rules -Screenshot of the Celerform Rules Editor within the Form Designer. Rules and conditional logic for the form is being created.

Validation Rules

  • Inherit the syntactic validation rules from the XSD used to create data elements
  • Visually design cross-field semantic validation rules
  • Design rules to conditionally render one or more fields or sections on a form based on data entered in one field
  • Design rules for performing calculations, cross field validations, and much more
  • Design validation rules by calling web services from external sources (e.g. validate postal address by calling USPS
    address validation service)
  • Configure rules to fire at the time of data entry or before submission
Feature 3: Architecture -Screenshot of the Celerform Designer. A survey-style form is being built to gather data.

Architecture

  • Loosely coupled data layer feature allows integration with Amazon S3, No-SQL Databases or SQL Databases
  • Use built-in Identity and Access Management capability (IdAM) or
integrate with your Enterprise IdAM, including CAC based authentication
  • Built on Open-Source Platform
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate auto scaling under high load
  • Available as SaaS on AWS or PaaS
  • ATOed in US Air Force Platform One/Cloud One
